GLP has completed the construction of the third building at Poznań Airport Logistics Centre

GLP has completed the construction of the third building at Poznań Airport Logistics Centre. This is the final stage of the investment, which includes a total of over 81,000 sqm of warehouse and production space.

The newest building in the GLP logistics park, located 5 minutes from the Poznań-Ławica Airport, covers over 28,600 sqm. The facility was built in accordance with the requirements of BREEAM ecological certification.

The building offers storage height up to 12 meters, reinforced flooring with a load capacity of 7.5 tons per square meter, as well as improved natural lighting in the dock area, thanks to an above-standard number of skylights. The roof is prepared for the installation of photovoltaic panels. Other pro-ecological solutions in the park include electric vehicle charging stations, as well as a bicycle parking shelter. The project also includes green areas, and drivers can use dedicated restrooms.

One of the leading medical equipment manufacturers is already a user of the building. There are still 17,000 sqm of vacant space waiting for interested tenants.

“Poznań Airport Logistics Centre is a prime location near the passenger and cargo terminal at Ławica Airport, 20 minutes from the city center and 10 minutes from the A2 motorway. With the entire investment completed, we are focusing on leasing the remaining vacant space. Our clients will benefit from a top-quality building, equipped with a range of above-standard technical solutions”– says Paweł Żeromski, Business Development Manager at GLP.
