GLP set to expand its presence in Lędziny
GLP, a leading global business builder, owner, developer, and operator of logistics real estate, digital infrastructure, renewable energy, and related technologies, has today announced that it is set to unveil its second project in Ledziny. GLP Park Ledziny II will offer 40,000 SQM of rentable space and construction is expected to take approximately eight months once initiated.
GLP Park Lędziny II will adhere to GLP’s ongoing commitment to sustainability by featuring energy-efficient solutions such as a solar-ready roof, smart metering, and LED lighting. The project will aim to achieve a BREEAM ‘Excellent’ certification and promote a green, biodiverse environment.
Marcin Żuchniewicz, Business Development Manager at GLP, said: “This is our second project in Lędziny and our sixth in the Upper Silesia region which reflects our ongoing commitment to provide premium, state-of-the-art warehouse spaces in high demand areas.
