October 3, 2022 – Just four months after its commissioning, the logistics centre in Kobyłka near Warsaw is fully leased. The project by GLP – a leading international company specializing in investments in logistics real estate, digital infrastructure and renewable energy, offers 35,500 sqm of warehouse space just beyond the eastern administrative border of Warsaw.
GLP Warsaw III Logistics Centre is located next to the S8 expressway junction. The building is adapted to various types of activities requiring easy access to key transport routes. The proximity to the capital is also a great convenience for employers looking for qualified personnel.
The park's tenants were recently joined by the logistics and transport company Adam Dąbrowa (11.9 thousand sqm of warehouse and office space), as well as the company Unobrand, which provides a wide range of services for the e-commerce industry and will occupy over 7.5 thousand sqm of space. Among the companies using GLP Warsaw III Logistics Centre are also Sanico and Mateus.
GLP Warsaw III Logistics Centre is distinguished by an above-standard height of 12 meters and numerous solutions in line with GLP's best practices in terms of sustainable development. The number of roof skylights has been increased in the building, improving natural lighting in the dock area, and LED lighting has been used. Electric vehicle chargers have been installed on the premises. Local biodiversity has also been taken care of by introducing, among other things, insect hotels.

GLP is also implementing its fifth logistics investment in the Masovian region: a building with an area of 24,000 sqm located right next to the “Grodzisk Mazowiecki” A2 motorway junction.
