GLP with its second project in Gliwice

GLP is planning the construction of a new logistics center in Gliwice. Two buildings will house approximately 57,000 sqm of modern warehouse and production space.

- The GLP Gliwice II project is intended for logistics and production companies. The plot is characterized by developed infrastructure, which makes it possible to meet the requirements of, for example, clients with increased power demand. The location has direct access to public transport, and our logistics park will offer a range of solutions to optimize operating costs. I am convinced that clients will appreciate both the excellent location of GLP Gliwice II and the specification of the buildings themselves - says Marcin Żuchniewicz, Business Development Manager at GLP.

The project will include two halls with an area of 40,000 and 17,000 sqm respectively. They will feature a full package of functional and energy-saving solutions known from the latest GLP projects, such as the possibility of installing photovoltaic panels on the roofs of the buildings, utility consumption management systems, increased insulation of the facilities, and reinforced floor load capacity. The project will be BREEAM certified at the Excellent level.

GLP is one of the leading industrial developers in Upper Silesia and the Zagłębie region. The company has 4 logistics parks in the region with a total area exceeding 300,000 sqm.
