GLP has signed a lease agreement for 10,000 sqm of space at GLP Wrocław IV Logistics Centre with Dongshin, a company that manufactures, among other things, metal parts for electric vehicles.
Dongshin is a subcontractor for the LG group, supplying leading car manufacturers worldwide. The agreement with GLP was concluded for three years. The leased space features increased floor load capacity and is equipped with 13 docks and an entrance gate. The tenant has 60 parking spaces at their disposal. Skylights in the ceiling provide the hall with natural light, which contributes to lower electricity consumption.
The part of GLP Wrocław IV Logistics Centre intended for production activities is adapted to the needs of modern suppliers in the automotive sector. Among the park's tenants is also Gestamp, an international designer and manufacturer of metal components, which recently extended its lease agreement for another ten years.
“We are pleased to welcome Dongshin to the group of users of the growing GLP real estate portfolio. We are convinced that our cooperation will help the client develop their business, which responds to the increasing demand for components for electric vehicles”. - comments Michał Szczepaniak, GLP.
GLP Wrocław IV Logistics Centre is located within the borders of Wrocław, ensuring easy access to a qualified workforce of approximately 1.2 million employees. Nearby, there are public transport stops and two road junctions: Wrocław-Bielany and Wrocław-Zachód. The A4 and A8 motorways running through them enable the free transport of goods throughout Poland, as well as to Germany and the Czech Republic. The park also houses the first GLP apiary in Poland.
