Good Point V complex receives occupancy permit
Two of the three buildings being developed as part of the Good Point V warehouse and production park – an investment by Real Management – have received an occupancy permit. The completion of the entire complex is scheduled for Q1 2025.The total warehouse area of the property is 30,000 sqm. Hall 1, leased by Dr Irena Eris, as well as Hall 4, have received occupancy permits.
The Good Point V complex was designed in accordance with ESG standards. Real Management has also developed a Green Warehouse Building Standard, according to which the investment is being carried out. Good Point V will apply for a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level. The warehouse and production park is located in Łubna, in the immediate vicinity of national road no. 79, which guarantees a fast connection to Warsaw (via Puławska Street) and the transport hub in Góra Kalwaria.
