Good Point V in Łubna earns an important certification

Good Point V is a warehouse and production park owned by Real Management S.A., consisting of three buildings (Halls 1, 2, and 4) with a total area of approximately 30,000 square meters. Thanks to the implementation of innovative, eco-friendly, and system-based solutions, the park has joined the ranks of buildings awarded the final BREEAM International New Construction V6 certificate at the Excellent level.

The building achieved a score of 73.5% in the Post Construction Assessment stage. Hall 2 began operations in February 2025.

The certification assessed both the building’s environmental friendliness and the level of comfort it provides to its users. The first phase of the project – Halls 1 and 4 – had already received BREEAM Excellent certification in 2024. The general contractor for the investment was Bremer, with certification advisory provided by JWA.

“I am very pleased that all buildings developed as part of Good Point V have now been recognized with a certification confirming the application of top-tier quality and safety standards. Without a doubt, the BREEAM Excellent rating validates the solutions we’ve implemented,” said Eliza Wielgus, Senior Asset Manager at Real Management S.A.

“Good Point V is not just a high-class warehouse facility – it's also an investment that allows our tenants to operate in an environmentally responsible way and benefit from lower operating costs. Creating such spaces is a priority for Real Management, which is why we are developing our own Warehouse Building Standard to complement our ESG strategy,” she added.

Good Point V is located in Łubna, directly adjacent to national road no. 79, offering fast access to Warsaw via Puławska Street and the transport hub in Góra Kalwaria.

Sales Service Sp. z o.o., a company specializing in comprehensive brand visibility and activation services in drugstores, pharmacies, and perfumeries (Hall 4)

Fulfilio Sp. z o.o., focused on e-commerce logistics and POS materials (Hall 2)
