Good Point V in Łubna gains an important certificate
Hall no. 2, implemented in the second stage of the Good Point V investment in Łubna, has received the final BREEAM International New Construction V6 certificate at the Excellent level.
Good Point V is a warehouse and production park belonging to Real Management S.A., consisting of three buildings (Halls 1, 2 and 4) with a total area of approx. 30,000 sqm.
Thanks to the implementation of innovative, eco-friendly and systemic solutions, it has joined the group of buildings that have been awarded the final BREEAM International New Construction V6 certificate at the Excellent level.
During the certification process, the facility's friendliness towards the natural environment and the level of comfort for its users were evaluated. Completed in the first stage of Good Point V - Halls no. 1 and 4 - already received the BREEAM certificate at the same level in 2024. The general contractor for the investment was the company Bremer, and the assessor advising on the certification process was the company JWA.

- Good Point V is not only a high-class warehouse facility – it is also an investment that ensures our tenants conduct their business in accordance with respect for the environment and lower maintenance costs. The Good Point V park is located in the town of Łubna, in the immediate vicinity of national road no. 79, guaranteeing a quick connection to Warsaw (via Puławska Street) and the transport hub in Góra Kalwaria.
Among the tenants of Good Point V are Dr Irena Eris S.A, one of the leading Polish cosmetics manufacturers (Hall 1), Sales Service Sp. z o.o., a company specializing in comprehensive service for building visibility and activation of drugstore, pharmacy and perfumery brands at points of sale (Hall 4) and Fulfilio Sp. z o. o., focusing on logistics services for the e-commerce sector and POS materials (Hall 2).
