Good Point V with a BREEAM certification at the Excellent level.

Phase I of the Good Point V Project Achieves BREEAM Certification

The first phase of the Good Point V project has successfully obtained the BREEAM certification. The construction of the entire park is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2025. The investor behind the complex is Real Management S.A.

Two buildings constructed as part of the first phase of the modern warehouse and production park have received the final BREEAM International New Construction V6 certification at the Excellent level.

"To ensure the highest standards in our operations, we have developed the Green Standard for Warehouse Buildings, which guided this project. We plan to follow the same approach for our future investments," added Eliza Wielgus.


Designed to ESG Standards and Top-Tier Quality

Good Point V was designed in line with ESG norms, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

"We create properties that cater to the needs of growing businesses while being environmentally friendly and user-centric," said Wielgus.

Warehouses 1 and 4 have been awarded the BREEAM Excellent certification. Thanks to innovative solutions, the project achieved a score of 75.3% during the Post Construction Assessment phase.

Benefits of the Certification

The BREEAM certification confirms that Good Point V:

  • Offers lower operating costs.
  • Reduces its negative environmental impact.
  • Provides a comfortable and healthy workplace.

During the certification process, Good Point V scored particularly high in categories such as project management, construction process efficiency, energy conservation, water and waste management, and solutions aimed at reducing pollution.

The general contractor for the project was Bremer, with certification advisory services provided by JWA.


Good Point V: Renowned Tenants in Modern Spaces

The Good Point V warehouse and production park will eventually comprise three buildings with a total area of 30,000 m².

  • Phase I saw the completion and occupancy of two buildings:

    • Dr. Irena Eris S.A., a leading Polish cosmetics manufacturer, moved into Warehouse 1 in late July.
    • Sales Service Sp. z o.o. began operations in Warehouse 4 in mid-August.
  • The final stage of the park is scheduled for completion in the first quarter of 2025. At that time, OEX Fulfilio Sp. z o.o., specializing in e-commerce logistics, loyalty programs, and POS materials, will move into the complex.

Good Point V is located in Łubna, adjacent to National Road 79, offering seamless connectivity to Warsaw via Puławska Street and the Góra Kalwaria interchange.
