The first phase of the Good Point V project has undergone BREEAM certification. The completion of the entire park is scheduled for Q1 2025. The investor of the complex is Real Management S.A.

Two buildings completed as part of the first phase of the investment in a modern warehouse and production park have received the final BREEAM International New Construction V6 certificate at the Excellent level.

Good Point V was designed in accordance with ESG standards, while maintaining the highest quality and safety standards.

Halls No. 1 and 4 received the BREEAM environmental certificate at the Excellent level – thanks to the implementation of innovative solutions, the investment achieved a score of 75.3 percent for the Post Construction Assessment stage.

During certification, Good Point V received a particularly high rating in categories related to project management and the construction process, energy efficiency, water and sewage management, waste management, and solutions aimed at reducing pollutant emissions. The general contractor for the investment was the company Bremer, and the assessor advising on the certification process was the company JWA.
Good Point V: well-known brands among new tenants
The Good Point V warehouse and production park is a complex that will ultimately consist of three buildings covering a total of 30,000 sqm. Two buildings were completed as part of the first phase of this investment and have been put into use. At the end of July this year, Dr Irena Eris S.A., one of the leading Polish cosmetics manufacturers, moved into Hall No. 1. In the first half of August this year, space in Hall No. 4 was handed over to Sales Service Sp. z o.o.
The completion of the entire park is scheduled for Q1 2025.
At that time, OEX Fulfilio Sp. z o.o., specializing in logistics services, will also move into Good Point V:
The park is located in the town of Łubna, in the immediate vicinity of national road No. 79, providing a connection to Warsaw via Puławska Street and the transport hub in Góra Kalwaria.
