Gorzów Wielkopolski in the MLP Group real estate portfolio

On the 12-hectare plot, MLP Group plans to build a class A warehouse park with a total leasable area of approx. 52,000 sqm. The logistics and warehouse center has been designed to meet BREEAM certification requirements, which will significantly contribute to lower operating costs for future tenants. In accordance with the company's strategy, MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski will be equipped with a number of sustainable solutions. The logistics complex will be aimed primarily at tenants from the e-commerce, logistics, distribution and light production sectors. This is the developer's first investment in the Lubusz Voivodeship.

Construction of the new logistics center will start at the turn of the first and second quarter of 2022.

In accordance with the adopted strategy of MLP Group, we are strengthening our position at the western border of Poland, which has recently enjoyed great interest among investors. The investment land we have acquired is perfectly connected to the S3 route, and there is a bus stop in its immediate vicinity.  We plan to hand over the first modules in the MLP Gorzów Wielkopolski park to tenants in the third quarter of 2022 – said Karol Kondrat, Business Development Manager at MLP Group S.A.

The excellent location of Gorzów Wielkopolski is undoubtedly a great asset for future investors both from Poland and abroad - 53 km from the border with Germany and about 135 km from its capital – Berlin. It is 463 km to Warsaw, while larger cities near Gorzów Wielkopolski are: Poznań (165 km), Szczecin (111 km) and Zielona Góra (113 km). The capital of the Lubusz Voivodeship is a city developing extremely intensively, with a very well-developed infrastructure and qualified staff.

Adapting warehouse and industrial facilities to the latest ecological trends has become an essential element of the MLP Group strategy, which systematically introduces eco-solutions to its parks. All new investments being implemented are mandatorily covered by BREEAM certification, and in the office part, it uses glazing that increases access to daylight and will ensure better work comfort for employees. In addition, the Group also uses a system solution such as
Interact Industry - an innovative platform, thanks to which it is possible to better manage all lighting and monitor its operation. This reduces electricity consumption, improves safety in the warehouse, optimizes space utilization and thus lowers operating costs.
