Greater opportunities for SEGRO in Poznań

SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Komorniki has expanded by nearly 7 ha, gaining the potential for expansion to over 210,000 sqm of warehouse and production space. This is all due to the acquisition of new land by SEGRO, where another warehouse facility will soon be built, including additional space dedicated to the current client – Arjo Polska.

On the new plot in Komorniki, SEGRO will deliver approximately 28,000 sqm of modern warehouse and production space, which will be adapted to the needs of clients representing various industries. Currently, based on two pre-let agreements, the developer is starting construction of the first phase of the planned investment, measuring 11,350 sqm. One of the signatories of the agreement is the company Arjo Polska, which has been conducting operations within the same SEGRO park for many years on an area of over 20,000 sqm. Arjo is an international provider of advanced medical equipment that improves the quality of life and health of people with limited mobility and the elderly; it will rent an additional 7,700 sqm of warehouse space in the newly constructed building.

Like other SEGRO facilities, the new project will be subject to BREEAM certification, which is a guarantee of high quality in both execution and ergonomics during building operation. SEGRO Logistics Park Poznań, Komorniki currently covers an area of 181,600 sqm on 47.6 ha of land. The park is fully leased.
