Grupa Antczak has another logistics center to its credit
Grupa Antczak has completed construction work on NOHO Logistic Park in Kraków on Christo Botewa Street. 4 halls with a leasable area of 28.5 thousand sqm were built. The group states that this is the only facility of its kind located so close to the city center.
The completed NOHO Logistic Park is the fifth logistics facility realized by the Kraków branch of Grupa Antczak and another one commissioned in the warehouse and industrial sector.
NOHO Logistic Park houses headquarters of online stores, offices with a sales area, warehouse halls, a cold store, and a freezer.
The center was built in the Rybitwy district of Kraków, in the immediate vicinity of the S7 expressway, which is the eastern bypass of the city, and the Bieżanów junction of the A4 motorway.
Grupa Antczak states that NOHO Logistic Park is the only warehouse and production facility of its kind located so close to the center of Kraków.
„For us, as the general contractor, the challenge was to combine individual modules, selected strictly for the potential tenant, in such a way that their target operational nature would not conflict with others, and the efficiency of use would be at the highest level." – says Dominik Wróbel, Director of the Kraków Branch of Grupa Antczak.
