GTV takes more in MLP Pruszków II

GTV has leased approximately 32,000 sqm of space at the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. Of this, over 30,200 m2 will be used for warehouse purposes, and large, modern, glazed office spaces will occupy another 1,650 m2. Construction of the new facility will begin this August, and its handover for use is planned for April 2023.

GTV is an international manufacturer of furniture accessories and LED lighting. The product portfolio offered by the company also includes complementary products, i.e., hand tools and protective clothing. In total, the company's offer consists of nearly 12,000 products. Today, GTV operates in 50 markets in Asia, Europe, America, and Africa, and has branches in Croatia, the Czech Republic, and Spain. Since 2018, it has also been among the tenants of MLP Group and currently uses 20,300 m2 at the MLP Pruszków II logistics center.
