Harden Construction has started construction of the Panattoni complex
Harden Construction has started construction of the modern Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II complex. A facility with an area of nearly 40,000 sqm is being built in Jankowo Gdańskie.
Harden Construction, a general contractor specializing in the implementation of industrial space, has started construction of a modern production and warehouse facility as part of the Panattoni Park Gdańsk West II investment. The investment is being carried out in a "design and build" formula, and its completion is planned for the beginning of 2026.
The new complex is located in Jankowo Gdańskie, just one kilometer from a key transport hub – the intersection of the S6 and S7 expressways. This location provides excellent transport accessibility within the Tricity and the region.
The total area of the facility will be almost 40,000 sqm, including:
- 28,500 sqm of warehouse space,
- 10,000 sqm of production space,
- 2,000 sqm of office space.
Harden Construction carries out industrial, logistics, and production projects throughout Poland. Since 2021, the company has successfully completed investments with a total area exceeding 900,000 sqm, including for Panattoni, Samsung Electronics, H&M, InPost, Grupa Raben, Media Expert, and Poczta Polska. All projects meet BREEAM certification standards, and many of them have achieved an Excellent or Outstanding rating.
