Hillwood expands warehouse park in Syców

Construction has begun on the final part of the Hillwood Syców logistics center. The next stage of the investment by the developer Hillwood Polska will be completed later this year and will deliver 25,500 sqm of modern warehouse space to the market.

Hillwood Syców is a logistics center located just over 50 km from Wrocław, on the border of the Greater Poland and Lower Silesian voivodeships, directly next to the S8 expressway. The location of the logistics park ensures efficient access to the Wrocław metropolitan area and the A4 motorway. The park consists of two buildings with a target area of over 87,600 sqm.
 

„High interest in the project in Syców prompted us to start the next phase of the investment. According to the planned schedule, the new hall will hit the market in the fourth quarter of this year. The Hillwood Syców logistics park is distinguished not only by its excellent location and access to the S8 expressway, as well as good access to staff, but also by numerous solutions in line with the sustainable development policy. A photovoltaic farm has already been built on the investment site. Charging stations for electric cars have also been installed, and instead of some lawns, we have planted flower meadows." – says Jan Kaliński, Business Development Director at Hillwood Polska. – „Lower Silesia is one of the fastest-growing regions and an important point on the logistics map of Poland. In terms of demand for modern warehouses, in the first three quarters of 2022, the region ranked fourth in the country. During this period, companies leased almost 650,000 sqm of modern warehouse space in Lower Silesia." – he adds. 

Hillwood Syców consists of two warehouse halls with a height of 12 m, which allows tenants to use storage space more efficiently and reduce rental and operating costs. As in all Hillwood investments, LED lighting has already been installed in the existing buildings, and will be installed in the newly constructed one. 
In the existing halls, over 12,000 sqm of space remains for rent, which, combined with the expansion, will offer the possibility of renting over 37,000 sqm.
