Hillwood is building 130,000 sqm near Poznań

Hillwood Polska, a leading investor and developer of industrial and logistics real estate, has started the implementation of its first investment in the Poznań market. As part of the Hillwood Poznań – Czempiń project, the company is building a modern warehouse complex with an impressive area of nearly 130,000 sqm.

The Hillwood Poznań – Czempiń project, located in Głuchowo by the S5 expressway south of Poznań, is a speculative warehouse facility whose design is adapted to the production and warehouse needs of tenants from various industries. The park consists of two halls with an area of over 107,000 sqm and 22,000 sqm. Currently, work is underway on the first phase of the larger building A, and the completion of this stage is planned for the end of 2024. One of the key advantages of the Hillwood Poznań – Czempiń location is excellent access to important communication routes and the Poznań Agglomeration. Just 35 km from Poznań and about 135 km from the center of Wrocław, the facility provides quick access to important business centers in the region.

Additionally, the logistics and warehouse park is located directly by the S5 expressway and just 18 kilometers from the A2 motorway, enabling quick access to Warsaw and Berlin. One of Hillwood's priorities is care for the environment. Similar to other newly constructed Hillwood buildings, a photovoltaic installation will be installed next to the park in Czempiń, which will supply electricity to the common areas of the facility. Surplus energy generated will be provided free of charge to our future tenants. Both planned buildings will be certified in the BREEAM system at the Excellent level.
