Over 50,000 sqm of new warehouse space.
Hillwood has started construction of a logistics park in Oleśnica near Wrocław. A warehouse with an area of 53,000 sqm will be commissioned in the third quarter of this year. Lower Silesia is one of the fastest-growing regions and a very important point on the logistics map of Poland. In terms of demand for modern warehouses last year, the Wrocław region ranked third in the country, right after the capital and Upper Silesia.
Location at the S8 expressway junction.
The plot where the investment is being built is located 3 km from the center of Oleśnica, directly at the S8 expressway junction. Such a location ensures good communication between central Poland and Wrocław, and further west across the border with Germany or the Czech Republic. Oleśnica is also a significant railway hub towards Upper Silesia, Poznań and Warsaw. Good educational facilities in the city ensure access to qualified staff.
"Oleśnica has developed road and technical infrastructure, necessary for conducting large investments. The close proximity of Wrocław is beneficial, as well as access to qualified staff." – says Hubert Michalak, President of the Management Board of Hillwood Polska.
Hillwood Oleśnica Park is a high-bay warehouse hall with a height of 10 m. Similar to all the developer's buildings, LED lighting will be installed in the emerging warehouse. The building will have the highest standard of fire resistance – above 4000 MJ/sqm. The investment area will include a large and convenient parking lot for tenants and their contractors. The warehouse is also adapted for light production.
– "Thanks to the new investment in Oleśnica, Hillwood will further strengthen its position in the Lower Silesia region. We have delivered over 332,000 sqm of modern warehouse space here, located in four parks - Wrocław Siechnice, Wrocław Bielany, Wrocław Wschód I and Wrocław Wschód II. Our warehouses are used by, among others, companies from the automotive sector that are dynamically developing in this region" – informs Hubert Michalak.
