Construction of the new Hillwood Polska investment near Warsaw has been completed. The Hillwood Janki II logistics park already has an occupancy permit. The building offers tenants a total of over 46,000 sqm of modern warehouse space.
Hillwood Janki II is a modern logistics center located 17 km south of the center of Warsaw, directly at the exit from the S8 route, on the Salomea-Wolica section, connecting the Krakowska and Katowicka routes with the S2 ring road and the entrance to the A2 motorway. The Okęcie International Airport is located 13 km from the warehouse hall. The park's area is over 46,000 sqm.
The recently completed investment is a class A warehouse hall with a height of 10 m and a floor allowing a maximum load of 6T/sqm. The entire facility has a permissible fire load density of over 4000 MJ/sqm and is monitored 24 hours a day. There is a spacious parking lot on the premises.
