Hillwood Oleśnica fully leased
Dutch packaging manufacturer Royal Vaassen has leased over 13,000 sqm in Hillwood Oleśnica. Thus, the 53,000 sqm warehouse park has been fully commercialized.Royal Vaassen Flexible Packaging, a Dutch company specializing in the production of flexible packaging materials, has leased over 13,000 sqm in the Hillwood Oleśnica logistics park. The signed agreement marks the full commercialization of the investment.

Hillwood Oleśnica is a class A warehouse center, located in the village of Gęsia Górka, directly at the „Oleśnica-Północ” junction of the S8 expressway. The park offers a total of nearly 53,000 sqm of warehouse and office space, adapted to both storage needs and light production.
