Hillwood Oleśnica with occupancy permit

Construction of the new Hillwood Polska investment in Lower Silesia has been completed. The Hillwood Oleśnica logistics park already has an occupancy permit. The building offers tenants a total of 53,000 sqm of modern warehouse space and is mostly already leased. A little over 9,500 sqm of vacant space remains.

One of the tenants of the new facility is an e-commerce company - https://www.mirjan24.pl/. The furniture manufacturer and retailer, operating throughout Europe, has leased over 22,000 sqm of warehouse space and approximately 600 sqm of office space in the logistics park in Oleśnica. 

The investment is located 3 km from the center of Oleśnica, directly at the Oleśnica-Północ junction on the S8 expressway. Such a location provides excellent access not only to Wrocław, located 30 km away, but also to central Polish cities. "Oleśnica is a new and very promising location on the warehouse map of Lower Silesia. Thanks to the developed road and technical infrastructure, the Hillwood Oleśnica logistics park has enjoyed interest from tenants from the very beginning – especially from the automotive, logistics, and e-commerce industries. The close proximity to Wrocław and good access to qualified employees are also of great importance to our business partners here" – says Hubert Michalak, President of the Management Board of Hillwood Polska.

The completed investment is a high-bay warehouse hall with a height of 10 m. Energy-efficient LED lighting has been installed in the building. The warehouse also has the highest standard of fire resistance – above 4000 MJ/sqm and is monitored 24 hours a day. The building is also adapted for light production. There is a large and convenient parking lot on the premises, and a public transport stop is located 100 m from the building.
