We are very pleased with the cooperation with our banking partner. We appreciate the professional service at every stage, primarily the efficient course of financing parameter negotiations, quick credit decision-making and the effective process of negotiating credit documentation – says Hubert Michalak, President of the Management Board of Hillwood Polska.– Investments conducted by us in Central Poland enjoy great interest among tenants. Łódź is an excellent transshipment point, where sorting centers of the largest courier companies and warehouses for the e-commerce sector are being built. Demand for warehouses in the region is not weakening, and the vacancy rate for the first half of the year was at a low level, slightly over 4 percent. – he adds.

– Project in Łódź is already the 17th Hillwood investment financed by Bank Pekao. This shows how important and strategic a partner for Pekao the Hillwood Group is. Just as in the case of other Hillwood logistics centers, this project combines an excellent location and the highest ESG standards confirmed by a BREEAM certificate, and thus fits perfectly into the strategy of Bank Pekao – says Łukasz Białecki, Director of the Commercial Real Estate Financing Office at Bank Pekao.

In the financing process of the Łódź Chocianowice project – Bank Pekao S.A. was supported by the team of the Warsaw office of the law firm CMS Cameron McKenna Nabarro Olswang, while the developer Hillwood Polska was advised by the law firm Clifford Chance.
