Hillwood Poznań – Czempiń is the developer's first project in the Poznań metropolitan area. Plans include expanding the existing building by another 54,000 sqm, as well as constructing a new facility with an area of approximately 22,000 sqm. Ultimately, the entire complex will include nearly 130,000 sqm of modern logistics space.

Like other new facilities in the company's portfolio, the warehouse complex in Głuchowo will be certified under the BREEAM system at the Excellent level. Additionally, as much as 95% of the materials used for construction are recyclable materials, and the roofs have been prepared for the installation of photovoltaic panels. Concern for the environment is also reflected in the design of the investment's surroundings – green areas conducive to biodiversity have been provided, among other things.
