Hillwood Słubice investment receives occupancy permit
Hillwood Polska has completed the construction of a warehouse and production center in Słubice and has obtained an occupancy permit for it. The building offers tenants nearly 21,500 sqm of space.
The Hillwood Słubice logistics center is located 5 km from the Słubice – Frankfurt border crossing. The facility is situated directly by national road no. 29, just 2 km from the Świecko junction on the A2 motorway. The distance from the investment to the city center is only 4.5 km. The new class A building offers tenants 21,467 sqm of modern space, adapted to warehouse and production needs, for both large and small companies. The developer also provides the possibility of customizing the space to the individual needs of tenants, including the construction of office space. The minimum module for rent is 2,200 sqm.
"Due to its strategic location on the map of Europe and excellent transport accessibility, Słubice has become an important logistics and shipping hub not only for Poland, but also for our western neighbors" – says Wojciech Dachniewski, Business Development Director Hillwood Polska.
The newly commissioned building is yet another investment by Hillwood in the Lubusz region. In 2019, the developer built a modern warehouse for the company Moto-Profil in Świebodzin, and in previous years, warehouse and production facilities in Krosno Odrzańskie and Świecko.
