Hillwood with a new logistics center in Rawa Mazowiecka

Hillwood is building a new logistics center in Rawa Mazowiecka. BabySafe, from the children's car seat industry, will move into the new warehouse.

In the Hillwood Rawa Mazowiecka logistics center – BabySafe S.A. will lease 4369 sqm of warehouse and office space. BabySafe specializes in the category of products for children intended for their transport. The main domain of its activity is car seats and accessories for children while traveling. The company is also a distributor of several foreign brands that direct their offer to the youngest consumers (Dutch creative toys SES, anti-sweat mats Aeromoove and AeroSleep, rehabilitation seats RECARO).

We have been associated with Rawa Mazowiecka since the company's founding, which is 20 years now. We appreciate the values of the location and the comfort of operating in the local environment. The decision to move into new facilities was therefore a natural consequence of the adopted strategy. The new office and warehouses are the next stage of our company's development. Hillwood Rawa Mazowiecka is a modern logistics center with an area of 130 264 sqm, of which 16 290 sqm will be built in the first phase. 

The logistics park in Rawa Mazowiecka is our next brownfield investment. Previously, there were meat processing plants that closed many years ago and the tallest office building in Rawa Mazowiecka on this site. After demolishing the old buildings, we will build a modern class A logistics center here. Thanks to the reindustrialization of such areas, several hundred people can gain employment and opportunities for professional development. – says Jan Kaliński, Business Development Director at Hillwood Polska.

The logistics park in Rawa Mazowiecka consists of high-bay warehouse halls with a possible building height of up to 40 m. As in all of the developer's buildings, LED lighting will be installed in the warehouses under construction. The buildings will have the highest standard of fire resistance – above 4000 MJ/sqm – and will be monitored 24 hours a day. There will be a large and convenient parking lot on the park's premises.
