P3 announced the extension of a long-term lease agreement for nearly 34,000 sqm of warehouse and office space with the building's tenant – the company HOPI. In 2020, a facility dedicated to the needs of this tenant was built at the P3 Mszczonów park. This year, the company extended the contract for subsequent years.
Michał Kowalczyk, Leasing Manager at P3 Logistic Parks in Poland says: „We are pleased that HOPI – one of our long-term tenants – has decided to continue our cooperation and remain at the P3 Mszczonów park. Extending the agreement for subsequent years is confirmation not only of the excellent location of our park near Warsaw, but also of the trust the tenant places in us and the good cooperation to date”.
The HOPI facility at the P3 Mszczonów park serves as the company's central warehouse and main headquarters. In addition to the tailor-made warehouse space, there is a representative three-story office with a glass facade covering 1,455 sqm. Due to the nature of the operations conducted, approximately 60 percent of the warehouse area allows for activities in a controlled temperature. The facility has an above-standard height – 12 m net and a reinforced floor – 7.5 t/m2.
The building was designed in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. PIR core panels were used during construction, providing more effective insulation from external factors. Inside the warehouse, there is LED lighting with a DALI control system, and in the bathrooms, lighting controlled by motion sensors, as well as water-saving systems. A solar installation for preheating water was also installed. In front of the facility, there are bicycle parking spaces and charging stations for electric cars. The external LED lighting is controlled by an astronomical clock. The warehouse is certified under the BREEAM system at the Very Good level.

Mszczonów is located in a key location for us – near Warsaw, with easy and quick access to regional cities, which allows us to provide our clients with the appropriate level of service and efficient distribution of products across the entire country”.
