Huhtamaki Foodservice Poland extends lease agreement at Logicor Czeladź park

Logicor, a leading owner, developer and manager of logistics real estate in Europe, has signed a lease extension agreement with Huhtamaki Foodservice Sp. z o.o. The company occupies 34,600 sqm of warehouse space and 2,700 sqm of office space in the entire building no. 1.

"An argument for continuing operations at this location is the excellent cooperation with the property owner, Logicor Polska. Logicor agreed to introduce improvements and additional investments in the facility and offered new commercial terms, which convinced Huhtamaki to remain in its current location." - says Adam Pietras, senior production and supply chain manager at Huhtamaki Foodservice Poland.

"Huhtamaki has been operating in Czeladź since 2010. We chose this location due to its strategic position and the availability of a well-qualified and experienced staff. The location in Silesia allows us to serve all of Europe from Poland.
