ID Logistics continues in P3 Mszczonów park

ID Logistics, a European leader in dedicated contract logistics, is present in two parks owned by P3. It has been operating in P3 Mszczonów since 2015, and since April of this year, the company has also been present in the P3 Piotrków park, where it leases over 13,000 sqm. Both facilities have been fully adapted to the client's needs. From 2020, ID Logistics will also operate a new PepsiCo distribution center with an area of over 58,000 sqm, which is currently being built by P3 in the park in Mszczonów.

"When designing a BTS facility for our clients, we always try to adapt to their requirements. For ID Logistics, a large storage space was key, which is why we built a warehouse in the P3 Mszczonów park with a non-standard height of 12 m, which allowed for an increase in capacity by as much as 20%. I am very pleased that the facility we delivered 4 years ago still meets all of ID Logistics' requirements and consistently supports the company's development, which is confirmed by the extension of the lease agreement for many more years to come," says Piotr Bzowski, Leasing & Development Director at P3 Logistic Parks in Poland.

The IDL warehouse in the P3 Mszczonów park with an area of over 47,000 m2 was designed in accordance with the principles of sustainable development.
