Ideal Idea Formad with a new tenant

Despite the current difficult conditions in the public sphere, the construction and commercialization of Ideal Idea City Park on the border of Warsaw and Raszyn is proceeding correctly and according to schedule. The next tenant of the facility is the Polish company Goldenberry.

„In connection with the coronavirus pandemic, we are extremely rigorously maintaining all sanitary precautions at the construction site, implementing our own methods of organizing work so that it does not carry potential health risks for employees, hence our investment plans are being implemented in accordance with the assumptions. We have recently welcomed new tenants to City Park, and among them is the Polish company Goldenberry, a leader in the promotional items market. Once again, it turned out that our concept of warehouse and office parks is very attractive to companies in a phase of dynamic development. We offered Goldenberry the corner module of hall H4, which is very well lit. Our partner also cared about a representative office, and this module perfectly matched all the tenant's requirements” – reports CEO of Ideal Idea Formad Jędrzej Dużyński.

Goldenberry specializes in a comprehensive approach to managing advertising items, including creation, selection of solutions, and ensuring processes such as warehousing, distribution, and digitalization. The company is a typical „one-stop-shop”, where clients have the opportunity to program many processes related to ongoing sales and marketing projects. Goldenberry operates not only locally but also globally – it is the exclusive representative in Poland of the global organizations IPPAG and Prominate.
