Industrial metamorphosis in Ostróda

The EXPO Mazury halls located in Ostróda (Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship) have previously served as a trade fair and conference facility. Over 50,000 sqm of space and state-of-the-art technological solutions allowed for the organization of the largest conferences and events for many industries in this location. However, the pandemic caused a drastic reduction in the activities of the event industry, as a result of which the facility changed its purpose and opened up to tenants looking for warehouse or production space.

On the EXPO premises, there are halls intended for warehouse and production purposes as well as office space. Tenants have at their disposal 4 halls with an area from 2,000 to 14,000 sqm and a height from 4 to 15 m. A huge advantage of the facility is its high technical standard. The halls have excellent lighting – min. 300 lx, fire alarm systems (SAP), sprinkler systems, compressed air connections, CCTV installations, and WiFi.

„The current situation and restrictions related to the organization of trade fairs and conferences have caused the owner of the halls to permanently change the purpose of the available space. Thanks to its location in Ostróda, EXPO Mazury allows access to qualified employees. Near the complex, there is a transport hub of the S7 route connecting the Tricity, Warsaw, Kielce, and Krakow agglomerations, as well as the DK16 national road, which is the main transport route in Masuria.
