InPost sorting center at Panattoni Park Lublin III

Panattoni for the fifth time with InPost.

InPost - a leader in modern logistics in Poland – has for the fifth time appreciated the locations and facilities of Panattoni, leasing a total of nearly 30,000 sq m of modern warehouse space from the developer in developing markets in Toruń, Bydgoszcz, Szczecin, and Opole. The company's newest sorting center with an area of 8,100 sq m is being developed as part of the emerging Panattoni Park Lublin III.

- „The increasingly dense network of Panattoni facilities outside major agglomerations is an attractive proposition for courier companies that, in the era of rapid e-commerce growth, want to be closer to the customer” – comments Dorota Jagodzińska – Sasson, Managing Director Panattoni and adds: - „Thanks to the progress made in recent years in transport infrastructure in Eastern Poland, we see a noticeable increase in the investment attractiveness of Lublin as well. This includes the new Lublin bypass, the construction of the S17 expressway, which will significantly shorten the commute to Warsaw (191 km), and the S19 route between Lublin and Rzeszów. The latter is part of the Via Carpatia route under construction – a pan-European transport corridor connecting the north and south of Europe from Lithuania – through Białystok, Lublin, Rzeszów – to Greece. Its completion will effectively connect the regions of Eastern Poland with the rest of the country, Europe, and the world”.

- „InPost currently has the most extensive infrastructure among all logistics operators in Poland. The shipment volumes we handle are also breaking records – in 2019, we again recorded significant, double-digit growth. Our advantage is delivery speed – for Paczkomaty® we consistently maintain D+1 efficiency. That is why we are still expanding our network and existing machines. We can boast a very high utilization rate of Paczkomaty® – most shipments are picked up within a few hours of delivery. In 2020, we will be launching further logistics hubs, investing in an ecological vehicle fleet, and further expanding the network's reach” – points out Rafał Brzoska, CEO of InPost.

The developer's third distribution and logistics center in the Lublin region.

The investment with a planned area of 35,000 sq m is a modern production and warehouse space with the possibility of flexible module shaping, which will meet the requirements of clients from various industries. A total of 3 halls will be built in the Park with areas of 19,600 sq m, 7,600 sq m, and 7,500 sq m respectively. The first tenants will move into the park as early as March – as part of this investment, the developer delivered the first facility with an area of approx. 6,000 sq m.
