Of this, the tenant uses approx. 5,700 sqm for warehouse purposes, and the office and staff area accounts for approx. 225 sqm.

We are very pleased that our tenants feel at home in the facilities they use and stay with us for longer. For our part, we provide top-class space and respond to all our partners' needs on an ongoing basis. In line with our strategy, the facilities meet the highest standards and are subject to the BREEAM certification process – said Agnieszka Góźdź, Member of the Management Board, Chief Development Officer at MLP Group S.A.

Extending the lease agreement at the MLP Poznań park is a natural step for us, which confirms our trust in our partner, MLP Group. The facility fully meets our operational needs, both in terms of warehouse and office-social space. For Interpneu Polska, access to modern infrastructure and the flexibility offered by MLP Group are of key importance. We are pleased to continue this cooperation and believe that it will continue to be fruitful – emphasized Marcin Wawrzyniak, Member of the Management Board at Interpneu Polska.

The MLP Poznań project is located in Koninko, near the S11 expressway connecting Poznań with Katowice. The park is located approx. 16 km from the center of Poznań and 4 km from the A2 motorway. Ultimately, the investment will include nearly 90,000 sqm of warehouse and production space, which will be built on an area of 20 ha.

In accordance with the „build & hold” strategy, MLP Group retains logistics parks in its portfolio after construction is completed and manages them independently. All projects implemented by the Group are also distinguished by the very attractive location of the logistics parks, the use of built-to-suit solutions, and support for the tenant during the term of the lease agreement
