Investa remains at MLP Pruszków II
A leading Polish distributor of stainless steel and aluminum continues its cooperation with MLP Group and remains in the MLP Pruszków II logistics park. The company Investa will receive over 5.5 thousand sqm of modern warehouse and office space.
The cooperation between Investa and MLP Group began with the lease of warehouse space in the MLP Pruszków I logistics park in 2010, and 5 years later, due to the company's dynamic development, its operations were moved to the nearby MLP Pruszków II complex. In March of this year, a new lease agreement was signed, under which Investa will receive approx. 5,600 sqm - 4,800 sqm of warehouse space and 800 sqm of modern office and social space. The handover of the finished facility is scheduled for the first quarter of 2021.

The MLP Pruszków II logistics center is located near Warsaw, in the Brwinów municipality, 5 km from Pruszków. It has developed transport connections both with the center of Warsaw and with the main arteries connecting the capital with other strategic cities. It is located between local road no. 760 and a section of the A2 motorway, 3 km from the transport hub located in the Pruszków-Żbików area. It is the largest logistics complex in the region, with a target leasable area of 309 thousand sqm, of which more than half are buildings already commissioned, while warehouse halls with a total area of approx. 40 thousand sqm are in preparation and under construction. The park still has great potential for expansion, and thanks to its ideal location and infrastructure, it is very attractive to clients.
