Ingram Micro has signed a new agreement with MLP Group regarding the expansion of modern space leased at the MLP Pruszków II logistics center by approximately 1.6 thousand sqm. The handover of the additional facility to the tenant is planned for March of next year. The construction of the new hall is being carried out by the company East Wave.

MLP Pruszków II constantly maintains a very high potential for further expansion. Thanks to this, our tenants can flexibly adjust the space they use to their growing needs. The excellent location in the immediate vicinity of the Warsaw agglomeration makes our logistics center very popular. At the same time, the extensive infrastructure, including the installation of photovoltaic systems and the use of many solutions to reduce energy consumption and greenhouse gas emissions, encourages choosing this very place for conducting business. In accordance with our strategy, all our constructed facilities are built in line with the principle of sustainable development and are subject to BREEAM certification – said
