JD.com Joins Tenants of MLP Pruszków II

JD.com, one of the largest players in the global e-commerce market, has joined the tenants of MLP Pruszków II. Through its subsidiary, JINGDONG Logistics – China's largest logistics operator – the company has leased 9,600 sqm of modern warehouse and office space, tailored to its specific needs. The operational launch is planned for March this year, with full readiness of the facility expected in June.

JINGDONG Logistics, the logistics arm of JD.com, is a global leader in advanced logistics solutions, rapidly expanding its international presence. JD.com is headquartered in Beijing and ranked 47th on last year’s Global Fortune 500 list. JINGDONG Logistics, which provides a full range of supply chain and logistics services, specializes in serving industries such as FMCG, fresh products, apparel, household goods, and baby products. The global operator manages over 1,600 warehouses in China and nearly 100 warehouses worldwide, covering a total of 32 million sqm of space.

The company has revolutionized the logistics industry by introducing standards such as same-day delivery and 24-hour delivery in local markets. It serves various sectors, including FMCG, apparel, electronics, furniture, automotive, and fresh products.
