John Dog Group enters MLP Poznań West

MLP Group has acquired a new tenant at the MLP Poznań West logistics center. John Dog Group has leased approximately 4.1 thousand sq. m. of space, of which over 3.7 thousand sq. m. will be used for warehouse purposes. The remaining over 340 sq. m. will serve as office and social space. The handover of the new facility to the tenant is planned for the turn of the third and fourth quarter of this year.

John Dog Group is a specialist in the field of nutrition, health, care, and raising companion animals. It offers its customers high-quality food, treats, and accessories for dogs and cats.

We build all facilities in accordance with the principles of sustainable development and they are subject to BREEAM certification. We install photovoltaic panels on the roofs of warehouses, and we place bicycle shelters, electric car charging stations, and insect hotels in the park area. The center is being built in accordance with the principles of sustainable development. All facilities are covered by BREEAM certification at the Excellent level. Photovoltaic panel installations are being mounted on the roofs of the buildings. Infrastructure for cyclists, electric car charging stations, and insect hotels have been created in the park area. Large glazing has been used in the office part, which ensures better access to daylight and provides employees with more favorable working conditions.

The modern distribution center MLP Poznań West is a complex located on the western side of Poznań, next to the S11 expressway and just 7 km from the junction of the A2 motorway and the S11 route. The center is primarily aimed at companies from the e-commerce, logistics, distribution, and light production sectors. Taking into account an additional plot, the MLP Poznań West project will ultimately provide over 170 thousand sq. m. of state-of-the-art warehouse and office space. Selected buildings hold the prestigious BREEAM certificate.

In accordance with the „build & hold” strategy, MLP Group maintains logistics parks in its portfolio after construction is completed and manages them independently.
