Just In Time extends lease in Gliwice

The Polish logistics operator will continue to use warehouses at the MLP Gliwice logistics center. Just In Time, a company providing services including warehousing, transport, distribution, and customs clearance, has a total of over 10,600 sqm of space at its disposal.
Just In Time Logistics Sp. z o.o. has signed an agreement with MLP Group extending the lease of space at the MLP Gliwice logistics center for subsequent years. The Polish logistics operator currently uses a total of approximately 10,600 sqm. Over 10,300 sqm is designated for warehouse purposes, and office space occupies over 300 sqm. The company has been leasing space from MLP Group since 2017.

MLP Gliwice is a logistics center consisting of 3 modern class A warehouse halls with a total target leasable area of approximately 53,000 sqm. Currently, over 44,000 sqm has been built. The facilities are located in Szałsza in the Zbrosławice municipality, just 6 km north of the center of Gliwice. The proximity of modern road infrastructure is a great convenience. It is only about 2 km to the nearest Zabrze Zachód junction on the A1 motorway (Tri-City – Czech border). In turn, the distance to national road No. 78, which connects the Park with the airport in Katowice, is only 1 km. This excellent location makes MLP Gliwice an attractive place for many areas of activity.
