Katoen Natie at Prologis Park Wrocław V
Logistics operator Katoen Natie has leased over 16,000 sqm of warehouse and office space at Prologis Park Wrocław V. This will be the group's second logistics platform in Poland.
Katoen Natie is a global logistics operator headquartered in Belgium. It owns over 5 million sqm of warehouse space in 160 locations worldwide. The second logistics platform, providing services for one of the retail chains, will be located in Wrocław. The group's first location in Poland is Kutno, where in the autumn Katoen Natie purchased logistics facilities with an area of 40,000 sqm along with 42 silos."This project is the first step towards the presence of our Consumer Goods & Industry sector in Poland and further - in this part of Europe. Prologis Park Wrocław V is a distribution center with an area of 182,303 sqm. Located 3 km southwest of the Bielański Junction, between the A4 motorway and the E261 road, it is adjacent to international transport routes.
