Komfort is the new tenant at Hillwood Łowicz Południe – over 30,000 sqm for logistics and offices

Hillwood Polska has acquired a new, strategic tenant at the Hillwood Łowicz Południe logistics park. Joining the group of companies operating in this modern complex is the Komfort brand – one of the leaders of the Polish interior design market, which has leased over 30,000 sqm of space.

The new location will become a key distribution center for the Komfort company, which for over 30 years has been offering customers comprehensive interior solutions – from floors, carpets, and doors to furniture, kitchens, bathrooms, and accessories. The brand, known for its strong presence in the omnichannel channel and nearly 160 showrooms across Poland, is developing its operating model by investing in class A logistics infrastructure.

As part of the lease, Komfort will occupy a warehouse with an area of over 29,000 sqm and nearly 1,250 sqm of office and social space on two floors.

Hillwood Łowicz Południe is a modern logistics park located directly at the A2 motorway junction, between Warsaw and Łódź. It offers over 108,000 sqm of class A warehouse and office space, meeting the highest technical standards. The facility has a BREEAM certificate at the Excellent level, offers a storage height of up to 12 m, a floor with a load capacity of 10 t/sqm, and energy-saving solutions. Thanks to its excellent location in central Poland and quick access to the A1 and A2 motorways, the park is an attractive place for domestic and international logistics.
