LCP completes construction of a warehouse park in Bydgoszcz
The construction of the second stage of the SBU Multipark Bydgoszcz complex, carried out by LCP Properties, is nearing completion.
The opening is scheduled for spring 2023.
The second phase of Multipark Bydgoszcz is being built as part of the Bydgoszcz Business Park, which is located in the eastern part of the city, 1 km from the city's main artery – Fordońska Street, and in close proximity to the S5 and S10 routes.
The planned new SBU-type building will have an area of 2.2 thousand square meters, including an office section that can be adapted to the individual needs of the client. Warehouse modules with a minimum area of 300 sqm will be available, which can be combined into various configurations. A ground-level gate will provide easy access to the facility. Each module will be equipped with parking spaces, and tenants and their clients will have access to a public parking lot.Bydgoszcz Business Park is a business and industrial facility that offers not only functional rooms, but also relaxation zones and spaces for animals. The complex will also include bicycle parking spaces and a Bydgoszcz Agglomeration Bike station.
