LCP is building M Park in Świdnik

Construction of M Park – a new retail project by LCP Properties – is underway in Świdnik. The facility, with an area of over 7,600 sqm GLA, will open in the first quarter of 2023.

M Park is being built at the intersection of Al. Armii Krajowej and ul. Pileckiego in the eastern part of the city. This is the first project, excluding the expansion of Galeria Emka in Koszalin, being carried out independently by LCP in a development model.

We started work in April of this year. Everything is progressing according to schedule. As part of the investment, a retail park building with 12 units is being constructed, as well as a small pavilion that will house small retail and services such as an optician or a restaurant. Customers will have 250 parking spaces at their disposal. The offer of our new facility will be available as early as spring 2023 – says Justyna Małysko, Senior Leasing Manager, LCP Properties.

The grocery operator for M Park Świdnik is the Biedronka chain. In addition, the following stores will open there: Rossmann, Action, Sinsay and Martes Sport. – Negotiations for the last remaining units are ongoing. The group of tenants will be supplemented by other popular and well-liked brands from the following sectors: children's, home appliances/electronics, pet supplies, and multi-brand discount stores.

We are satisfied with the ongoing talks and the commercialization process – adds Justyna Małysko – this proves that M Park Świdnik is very well perceived by large retail chains and the local market – she adds.
