Gdańsk and Sosnowiec - in these cities LCP Poland has commissioned two new warehouse and office parks. Their total area is 14,000 sqm.
The company LCP Poland has received occupancy permits for two investments: Multipark Sosnowiec and Multipark Gdańsk I.
On the day of the official start of their operational activities, space is available in the project in Sosnowiec, while Gdańsk is 100% leased.
Multipark Gdańsk I was built in the western part of the city, on Szczęśliwa Street, right next to the transport hub with the S6 expressway. In the first stage of the investment, two buildings were created with a total of thirteen modules and GLA at the level of 5,100 sqm.
Among the total of five tenants who have occupied all available space in this project are representatives of the air conditioning and heat pump sector, a fuel distributor, a manufacturing company, as well as a tenant from the wind energy and mineral paint sector. On behalf of LCP, the transactions for Multipark Gdańsk were closed by Leasing Manager Industrial, Klaudia Biedrzycka.
Multipark Sosnowiec was built in the north-eastern part of the city, on Modrzewiowa Street. On a plot of almost 25,000 sqm, two buildings were constructed with a total of almost 8,300 sqm of leasable area, of which 7,200 sqm is warehouse space, and approximately 1,100 sqm is office space.
- Obtaining occupancy permits for our two Multiparks is an important step in the implementation of the LCP strategy, which assumes the dynamic development of the SBU segment in Poland. We are consistently investing in locations with high logistical and business potential, responding to the growing needs of tenants looking for flexible, modern warehouse and office space. We are pleased that the market is reacting so well to our projects - for us, this is the best proof that the chosen direction of development is correct - commented Katarzyna Szeleźnik, Acquisition & Leasing Director, LCP Poland, part of M Core.
From the point of view of broadly understood ESG aspects, photovoltaic panel installations are planned in both Multiparks. Electric vehicle chargers will also be available in the parking areas. Furthermore, for each of the locations, it is planned to obtain BREEAM certification at a level of at least Very Good.
LCP Poland, part of M Core currently owns over 95 retail, office, and warehouse properties in Poland. At the beginning of 2023, the total combined area of the facilities owned by the company exceeded 360,000 sqm and their estimated value reached 500 million euros.
