LCube has started the implementation of another warehouse park. After an intimate project that is being built in Jasionka near Rzeszów, the town of Dobrzykowice, east of Wrocław, was chosen as the new location.
Logistic Park Wrocław I will consist of 2 stages, implemented on a plot with a total area of over 11 ha. Currently, the first stage is being implemented and commercialized. The first warehouse spaces may be available as early as the turn of 2021 and 2022.
Our advantage is an excellent knowledge of the market and an individual approach to tenants. We want this to be even more visible in the Logistic Park Wrocław project. The facility near Wrocław will be equipped with modern technical solutions, ensuring the highest possible standard of work. We are also ready to provide non-standard technical solutions tailored to the client's requirements – says LCube board member, Head of Development, Adrian Biesaga.
The new LCube investment will be perfectly connected to the local and national road network. The construction of the Eastern Wrocław Bypass is currently underway. As emphasized in recent days by the spokesperson for Marshal Cezary Przybylski, Michał Nowakowski, in an interview with local media, all assumptions in connection with this investment are being implemented without delays, and the section near Dobrzykowice, where the new Park is being built, is to be completed in November 2021.
The advantage of our new investment is certainly the location. Currently, there is a very strong trend in the market for warehouse space tenants to move from Western Europe, where rent rates are very high, to Poland. This is particularly visible in the western belt, where LCube Logistic Park Wrocław is being built. The advantage of our country is certainly the modern spaces that have been built in recent years, the labor market and a modern - constantly expanding - road network. We are receiving many inquiries from tenants in connection with the new investment and we are counting on the rapid commercialization of the first stages – adds Aleksandra Kołbon, Head of Leasing at LCube.
The investment, which is to stand out for its "green solutions", is being built in a joint venture formula with the Sindbad Group. The facility is to be certified, and new trees will be planted on the investment site. There are also plans to create honey-producing meadows. The investment will use solutions related to water saving, and there will also be charging stations for electric cars.
Today, in the warehouse market, as a result of strong demand, competition is intensifying, which is why the quality of solutions – including ecological ones, is of capital importance. For us as an investor, it is important that the implemented investment gains value even after its completion. Thanks to an open approach to "green solutions" – alongside our contribution to the zero-emission of our economy, we minimize the risk of a decrease in the value of our investment – says Tadeusz Kania, representative of the Sindbad Group.
