The new investment is located in the town of Łozienica, within the Goleniów Industrial Park, in the immediate vicinity of the S3 and S6 expressways and the A6 motorway leading to Berlin. "LCube Logistic Park Szczecin Goleniów has been designed in accordance with the certification criteria of the BREEAM system at the "very good" level.
The transaction we managed to complete is not only a huge success for us, but also proof that the capital market, despite the difficult situation in neighboring Ukraine, is still interested in the best, well-located and well-connected warehouse projects in Poland. It is also proof of the trust that our partners and investors place in the competence and market knowledge that our relatively young company possesses" – says Michał Stachura, member of the board, Head of Finance at LCube.
"We decided to build warehouses near Szczecin, which is becoming an important hub on the logistics map of Poland and Europe. Due to the proximity of Germany and Scandinavia, developed road infrastructure and the proximity of the seaport, LCube Logistic Park Szczecin Goleniów creates huge opportunities for the development of businesses in the logistics, manufacturing and e-commerce sectors. The location of the park has already been appreciated by one of the leading courier companies on the Polish market, which has signed a lease agreement in the investment for 2,500 sqm of modern warehouse space" – he adds.

LCube, in addition to the investment in Goleniów, is currently implementing four other projects: LCube Logistic Park Poznań (275,000 sqm), LCube Logistic Park Rzeszów (25,800 sqm), LCube Logistic Park Wrocław Dobrzykowice (almost 60,000 sqm) and LCube Logistic Park Mszczonów (approx. 33,000 sqm).
