Leading distributor extends lease at MLP Bucharest West

MLP Group has extended its cooperation with one of the largest distribution networks on the Romanian market. As part of the MLP Bucharest West logistics center, the tenant currently uses 10.4 thousand sqm of warehouse space. Additionally, modern office spaces totaling over 300 sqm will be built for their needs.

MLP Bucharest West is located in the most popular warehouse region of Romania. Its location by the ring road in the north-western part of Bucharest, in the Chitila district, provides optimal conditions for conducting distribution and logistics operations. MLP Bucharest West is a class A industrial and logistics project. It is being built on an 18.3 ha plot and will ultimately provide 99 thousand sqm of warehouse space, with numerous amenities and excellent surrounding road infrastructure. The facilities within the MLP Bucharest West park meet the highest ecological standards and are subject to BREEAM certification.
