Lidl Polska, one of the largest retail chains in the country, will join the group of tenants at 7R Park Poznań West this August. The company will use modern office and warehouse space totaling nearly 10,900 sqm.

Leasing warehouse and production space at 7R Park Poznań West also fits into these assumptions.
7R Park Poznań West is a modern warehouse and production facility with a total area of over 55,000 sqm. The logistics park's offer includes a high-bay warehouse, and the technological solutions applied there enable support for the operations of clients from various industries.

The facility is also covered by a BREEAM certificate at the Very Good level – one of the most important documents setting global standards in sustainable design and ecological construction.

The warehouse is located in Tarnowo Podgórne, and nearby is national road no. 92, running through the area of four voivodeships: Lubusz, Greater Poland, Łódź, and Masovian. The good location of 7R Park Poznań West also enables comfortable access to the Poznań airport, while ensuring efficient communication both within the Poznań agglomeration.
