Lindab stays longer at MLP Pruszków II

Lindab has signed a new agreement with MLP Group extending the lease of approximately 6,700 sqm in the MLP Pruszków II complex.

Lindab has been a partner of MLP Group since 2020. At that time, it leased 4,300 sqm, of which approximately 200 sqm consisted of office space. Later, the tenant increased the utilized space to the current approximately 6,700 sqm. The company is part of the international Lindab Group, a leading manufacturer and distributor of products and solutions for construction, ventilation, and air conditioning. It has been operating in Poland since 1992. Lindab products are distinguished by their stylish design, ease of installation, and the use of advanced technologies.

MLP Pruszków II is a modern logistics center located near Warsaw, in the Brwinów municipality, 5 km from Pruszków. It is the largest complex in the region, with a target leasable area of 427,000 sqm. Selected buildings hold the prestigious BREEAM certificate. In accordance with the MLP Group's ESG strategy, photovoltaic installations are being mounted on the roofs.

MLP Pruszków II has well-developed transport connections both with the center of Warsaw and with the main arteries connecting the capital with other cities. The park is located between local road no. 760 and a section of the A2 motorway, 3 km from the transport hub located in the Pruszków-Żbików area. International railway lines run nearby, which enable excellent logistics conditions for both domestic and international distribution. There is a bus stop on the park's premises, and a Nextbike self-service bicycle rental station is in operation.

In accordance with the “build & hold” strategy, after completing the construction of logistics parks, MLP Group retains them in its portfolio and manages them independently. All projects implemented by the Group are also distinguished by the very attractive location of the logistics parks, the use of built-to-suit solutions, and support for the tenant throughout the duration of the lease agreement.
