Logicor Łódź III has achieved 100 percent commercialization of its warehouse and production space. The last available spaces were leased by Transfer Multisort Elektronik and an aluminum processing company. About 1.5 thousand sqm of offices remain in the park.

TME leases 5.5 thousand sqm

One of the new tenants is Transfer Multisort Elektronik, an international distributor of electronic components, electrotechnology, industrial automation, and workshop equipment.

The company leased approximately 5.5 thousand sqm of warehouse space. The new space will be used primarily to store equipment and materials supporting the company's current operations.

TME serves clients in over 150 countries and carries out thousands of shipments every day.

Second tenant from the aluminum industry

One of the last agreements in Logicor Łódź III was also signed by a company operating in the aluminum processing sector.

The park owner did not disclose the name of the company or the size of the space it occupied. However, the conclusion of both agreements allowed the part of the complex intended for warehouses and production to be fully leased.

Approximately 1.5 thousand sqm of office space currently remains available to potential tenants.

9 km from the center of Łódź

Logicor Łódź III is located about 9 km from the city center and 8 km from Port Lotniczy Łódź-Lublinek.

The park is located by national road No. 14 and provides convenient access to the A1 and A2 motorways. The first of these is one of the main north-south transport corridors, while the A2 enables an efficient connection of Łódź with Warszawa and Poznań, among others.

Its location in the central part of the country and access to the most important road routes mean that the facility can handle both domestic logistics and distribution to foreign markets.
