Logistics and warehouse park in Kielce
Reesco Retail, part of the Reesco Group, will carry out the construction of the first building within the new Kielce Centrum logistics and warehouse park, which is planned to have a total of approx. 30,000 sqm of leasable area. The facility being built by Reesco will have an area of approx. 3,000 sqm. The investor is Strategic Logistics Polska, and the project is being carried out by the special purpose vehicle Kielce Propco Sp. z o.o.
Located at ul. Robotnicza 7 in Kielce, the logistics and warehouse facility will be built in stages. Reesco Retail is responsible for planning, cost estimation, and execution of construction works for the first building.- This is the first facility being built by the Reesco Group comprehensively; we will be the general contractor from the very beginning. In June, a final building permit for the first building was issued. As Reesco Retail, we bring to this project knowledge and experience in building and remodeling not only retail spaces but also logistics ones, and above all, the mobility that characterizes our team and allows us to carry out projects in many locations and of various scales simultaneously. The construction of the Kielce Centrum logistics park will have a significant impact on making the area more attractive, as well as on increasing the number of jobs. Making new logistics space available in the Świętokrzyskie Voivodeship will meet the demand for new warehouse space in this region. The new logistics park will also meet the needs of the e-commerce sector in Kielce and the surrounding area.
