Logistics operator grows in Panattoni warehouses

LIT Logistyka Polska has extended its lease agreement at Panattoni Park Wroclaw VII, while increasing its leased warehouse space to nearly 12,500 sqm. 

The L.I.T. Group is also developing contract logistics, and the ability to bundle warehousing services with road and intermodal transport allows it to offer complete solutions to its customers.
- In addition to the expansion in Wroclaw and the enlargement of the warehouse meeting the highest quality standards, LIT Logistyka is implementing another investment this time in Silesia. The warehouse in Zabrze, which is scheduled to be launched in April 2024, will be able to safely store lithium-ion batteries and dangerous goods thanks to meeting special fire protection requirements and using sprinklers in the racks, says Mariusz Slowinski, logistics director at LIT Logistyka Poland.

Panattoni Park Wrocław VII is one of the largest logistics parks in Lower Silesia. Located within the Wrocław agglomeration, the complex provides optimal conditions for the distribution of goods - it is located directly on national road 35 and near the A4 highway. Panattoni has taken care of sustainable construction solutions to help tenants reduce costs - the facility is certified under the BREEAM system at the Very Good level.
